Le moins bon livre de Gladwell selon moi. Des analyses intéressantes d'exemples où l'intuition prend le dessus sur la raison (expert d'art sachant instantanément repérer un faux, sans savoir comment il le sait), et d'autres où l'on est trompé par cette intuition (bavure policière où des officiers abattent un civil croyant avoir affaire à un malfrat).
Malheureusement, au contraire des autres Gladwell, ce livre reste au niveau des généralités et à la description de situations. On n'en ressort pas véritablement un "so what" applicable dans le monde réel, malgré la promesse de la couverture. Dommage !
Un livre sur l'instinct, qui cherche a décrypter les moments où on sait qu'on devrait y aller ou ne pas y aller, sans vraiment savoir pourquoi. Et surtout, qui cherche a comprendre quand le cerveau refuse d'écouter cet instinct.
c'est un bon pitch ça, ça fait envie! ça me rappelle ce bon steve jobs "you're already naked, there's no reason not to follow your heart." On va tacher d'en faire autant!
